The Role:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be expected to provide high-level administrative support to our clients. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Taking accurate meeting minutes and distributing them to attendees
- Diary management for executives
- Liaising with clients and internal staff
- Coordination of travel arrangements
- Preparation of presentations and reports
- Other administrative duties as required
Skills and Experience:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience in taking accurate meeting minutes
- High-level diary management experience
- Great organisational skills and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite
- Flexibility and adaptability
- National police check (essential)
