**About the role**
We are seeking an inspiring leader to join their management team and continue the success of this high performing concept store in Byron Bay. As the **Store Manager,** you will oversee and drive store KPI's and budgets, execute visual merchandising guides to a high standard, and provide exceptional customer service whilst creating a fun and vibrant store environment.
**Skills and experience**
- Experience in fashion and retail operations
- A proven history of sales, KPIS and management successes
- Be able to run a store like your business
- The ability to roster and control wages
- Keen understanding of current fashion trends!
- Motivation to always be looking for the next challenge
- The ability to recruit, train, succession plan, and create culture!
- A love of VM and high store standards!
