Job Description

Based from either our busy Sydney or Newcastle offices, we are looking for a Project Manager to work on a diverse range of projects – across our Water, Energy, and Transport programs.
How you'll make a difference:
* Manage and deliver a range of Government and key client projects across NSW and Australia, varying in size and complexity, with autonomy.
* Lead project governance (budget, scope, schedule) and oversee commercial performance, including invoicing, variations and cashflow.
* Engage internal teams, clients, contractors and industry stakeholders to align objectives, support technical discussions and ensure a positive, client‑focused experience.
* Develop and implement Project Plans across opportunity and delivery phases, covering scope, resources, procurement, budget, scheduling, change management, reporting and closeout.
Qualifications
What you'll bring to our team
The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes, you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered.
* Tertiary qualifications in project management, construction management, engineering, or other related field.
* Proven experience (5‑8 years) in client‑side project or construction management, delivering in transport, energy, buildings, capital works, or water programs.
* Proven ability to build strong contractor and client relationships, identify pipeline opportunities, and support tender and proposal development.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Project Controls, Program Management or Procurement experience also highly regarded, but not essential.
