As a valued member of the Randstad Aged Care team, you will provide essential support to Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) in delivering high-quality, person-centered care. You'll assist residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and provide emotional support, all while observing and reporting any changes to nursing staff.
To Be Successful, You'll Need
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience in personal care, preferably in Australian aged care.
A genuine passion for caring for residents and a commitment to person-centered care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
Current National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Willingness to obtain current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations.
