We provide in-home and community-based care to a broad range of clients and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, personalised physiotherapy with a strong emphasis on genuine relationships and meaningful outcomes.
Our team is experienced, supportive, and values professionalism without losing the human touch. We believe great care starts with great people.
Role Description
We’re looking for a physiotherapist to join our growing team across the Byron Shire / Northern NSW region.
This is a flexible mobile role that can be structured around your lifestyle. We’re happy to build a caseload that suits your availability and preferred working days.
The role involves delivering functional, exercise-based physiotherapy in real-world settings including:
• Clients’ homes
• Local gyms
• Hydrotherapy pools
• Community environments
You’ll step into an established referral network and work with a varied caseload across disability, aged care and post-hospital discharge clients.
This is a sub-contractor, percentage-based position with consistent referral streams and the opportunity to develop a strong, stable caseload.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is genuinely kind, grounded and professional
• Builds trust easily and communicates clearly
• Takes pride in their work and clinical reasoning
• Enjoys working autonomously in a mobile environment
• Aligns with a values-driven, relationship-focused team
You’ll receive ongoing support from the Director and the broader Blue Water Physio team. For the right person, there is genuine opportunity for long-term growth within the business.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to connect.
