Optical Store Manager Opportunity
As an Optical Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of our retail arm, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
This role is crucial to the ongoing success of our services, as you collaborate closely with our Optometrists to deliver a superior customer experience. You will coach effective selling and customer service skills to our store team members.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar retail management position and be able to demonstrate experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labor laws.
