We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and effectively manage time, with strong computer skills and prior experience in electronic medical records (EMR).
About the Role
* Follow a designated care plan tailored to each patient's unique needs.
* Visit clients in their homes within designated geographic areas.
* Perform assigned duties, including administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
* Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
* Execute and document doctors' orders accurately.
* Conduct client assessments as necessary.
* Provide case management and coordination services.
* Document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
Requirements
* A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
* A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable home health experience.
* Demonstrated potential for advancement to leadership roles.
* Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
