Senior Real Estate Lawyer Role Overview
This position presents a unique opportunity to collaborate with a leading national real estate and development team on high-profile transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Representing major developers, institutional investors, government entities, and corporate clients in matters such as large-scale developments, acquisitions and disposals, sale and leaseback arrangements, tourism and mixed-use development projects, joint ventures, co-ownership structures, major leasing transactions, and real estate aspects of corporate M&A.
* Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives, including pitch support, articles, industry events, and client seminars.
Essential Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in real estate/property law.
* Hands-on experience in acquisition, development, and disposal of real estate assets.
* Able to manage complex matters independently and collaboratively.
* A proactive, commercially astute mindset and strong relationship skills.
