THE ROLE
Based at our Paget QLD Workshop and reporting to the Production Manager, as an Industrial Ceramics Liner, you'll be trained to install and maintain ceramic linings in industrial equipment such as chutes, hoppers, and pipes. These linings protect equipment from wear, playing a crucial role in keeping operations running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity to learn a niche skill set in a high-demand industry, with full support and on the job training provided by experienced professionals.
Duties include:
* Learning to install ceramic tiles and linings in industrial equipment.
* Assisting with cutting, shaping, and fitting ceramic materials.
* Mixing and applying adhesives and grouts.
* Supporting maintenance and repair of existing linings.
* Following safety procedures and contributing to a clean, safe work environment.
