The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services. This includes treatment room duties, chronic disease care planning, health assessments, recalls and reminder systems, and health assessments and chronic disease management plans.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work with initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
