Junior Receptionist & Social Media Assistant – Full Time (Coffs Harbour)

What you'll do
* Answer calls, greet visitors, and provide great customer service
* Respond to customer queries and manage the company email inbox
* Handle general office duties such as data entry, and assisting the team
* Schedule our technicians for jobs and maintenance visits
* Help send invoices, quotes, and follow up with customers
* Keep calendars up to date and assist with bookings
* Support managers with day-to-day admin tasks
* Manage and post on our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Share updates, celebrate team wins, and help boost our brand online
We're looking for someone who
* Has a positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
* Communicates clearly and confidently, both in writing and conversation
* Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
* Enjoys social media and has an eye for creative ideas
* Can multitask, stay organised, and stay calm when things get busy
* Works well in a team and takes pride in their work
