We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our brand vision and deliver creative, strategic campaigns that drive business growth and elevate our market presence. This pivotal leadership role will oversee all aspects of marketing - from graphic design, digital and social media to print and brand strategy - ensuring a cohesive, innovative and high-performing approach across every channel.
As part of the agency's leadership team, you will combine creativity with commercial insight, guiding both internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing that is as effective as it is refined.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Vision
* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing roadmap that supports the agency's goals and long-term growth.
* Create and maintain an annual marketing calendar, identifying seasonal opportunities and campaign priorities.
* Provide strategic insights and contribute to planning discussions as part of the leadership team.
Team and Project Leadership
* Lead and mentor internal team members and external suppliers with clear direction and accountability.
* Foster collaboration across departments, working closely with sales, administration and management to achieve consistent outcomes.
Campaign Management and Execution
* Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, signage and social platforms.
* Leverage the agency's strengths, achievements and awards in promotional strategies that build brand confidence and recognition.
Digital and Social Media Strategy
* Guide social media content creation and paid advertising strategies.
* Analyse and optimise digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics to ensure measurable, worthwhile outcomes.
Creative and Graphic Design Leadership
* Demonstrate advanced competency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, to produce and refine high-quality marketing materials.
* Lead the design and production of key marketing assets — including brochures, flyers, signage, promotional material, email campaigns and website visuals.
* Maintain exceptional graphic standards and uphold brand integrity across all platforms.
* Ensure all creative output reflects a strong visual identity that aligns with Peterswald's premium brand positioning.
Platform and Web Oversight
· Oversee website content and digital platform updates, ensuring all touch points reflect current campaigns and brand messaging.
Administrative Support
· Provide marketing tools, templates and training to support internal teams.
· Offer guidance on formatting, presentation and design to maintain a polished, professional visual standard.
About You
You are an experienced marketing professional with a strong grasp of both creative and strategic principles. You thrive in a collaborative environment, are confident managing multiple projects, and have a keen eye for detail and design.
You possess strong graphic design capabilities and are highly proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, with a proven ability to translate brand vision into compelling visual communications.
Experience in property, real estate, or a premium brand environment will be highly regarded.
