Position Information:
Gosford High School is a selective school catering for high academic students. Current enrolment is 1074 students from Year 7 - Year 12. The ethos of academic excellence and personal best are at the core of the school's vision and purpose. The school community is diverse with approximately 40% of students from language backgrounds other than English. Selection Criteria:
Approval to teach Japanese and French with demonstrated excellence in classroom teaching Japanese and/or French to Stage 6.
Capacity to develop and deliver effective, engaging and differentiated teaching programs, catering to the needs of high potential and gifted students.
Demonstrated capacity to implement quality assessment practices to ensure high student achievement. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively as an effective team member.
