The role:
Be the on-site authority for concreting works, directing crews and subcontractors to keep pours moving safely, on time, and to spec as Symal expands in Adelaide.
Your everyday:
* Deliver projects safely in accordance with the Client's systems and Symal Group's safety program
* Manage and mentor Supervisors, Leading Hands, and the labour force in all their responsibilities
* Establish and manage a document control process for site staff
* Manage all communication from the field to the Client
* Identify, record, and report all claimable delays under the contract and raise to the Project Manager.
Who are you?
* Relevant experience in delivering civil projects greater than $15 million dollars and leading large teams under a range of contract models
* Have access to a large network of subcontractors and suppliers
* Current Drivers Licence
* Have a proven track record in training and developing site staff into supervisory roles
* Have a sound understanding of relevant legislation, including EBAs and Awards.
