ABOUT THE POSITION.

DUTIES.
* Lead all phases of the architectural process, including preparation and delivery of DA and CC packages
* Manage project teams, consultants, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth project execution
* Attend site meetings, resolve on-site issues, review shop drawings, and ensure delivery aligns with the design intent and project vision
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
* Tertiary education in Architecture, Registration is desirable
* High proficiency with ArchiCAD, able to do mark-ups
* Proven experience leading multi-residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects
