Key Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving and organizing furniture donations
- Help customers find suitable items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store
- Provide general support to the team
What We're Looking For
- Friendly and helpful attitude
- Ability to lift and move furniture (if capable)
- Interest in home goods and assisting people in need
Key Skills Required
- Basic computer skills, including using a laptop
- Ability to complete online forms
- Familiarity with using an EFTPOS machine
- Basic knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
- Ability to take explicit photos of furniture (own camera or smartphone required)
- Experience posting and managing listings on Facebook Marketplace
- Ability to respond to enquiries via Facebook Messenger
