We aim to power business growth and productivity by making commercial fleet operations easy and hassle-free through an integrated ecosystem of fleet-focused solutions.
This pivotal role will focus on Australia initially, subsequently rolling out this critical strategy across other markets in Asia and Africa.
You will ensure seamless operation of commercial vehicle fleets by monitoring uptime, spearheading issue resolution processes, and developing comprehensive uptime strategies.
This role requires four days per week in our National Sales Company office located in Richmond.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving Fleet Uptime & Issue Resolution: Monitor critical fleet uptime metrics and lead the dedicated issue resolution team
* Developing Strategic Uptime Initiatives: Conduct analysis of customer pain points and competitive landscapes to identify key threats and opportunities
* Leading Implementation & Rollout: Develop comprehensive implementation plans for approved uptime solutions
About You
Proven experience (5-7 years) in fleet management, commercial vehicle service operations, or a related field with expertise in vehicle downtime prevention processes and industry best practices.
Demonstrated understanding of unique needs and operational challenges of commercial fleet customers.
Ability to conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Proven leadership skills to drive results in a complex, multi-market environment.
