Key Responsibilities:
* Provide occupational therapy services in the community to clients receiving funding through Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, and the NDIS.
* Utilize clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to drive patient outcomes.
* Continually review and improve current processes, including updating our team wiki with best practices.
* Work and communicate effectively with patient care teams, including other allied health professionals and care advisers at leading organizations.
* Prepare training and educational materials for partner organizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* You should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
* Be currently registered with AHPRA.
* Hold a valid Australian driver's license and regular access to a car.
* Have a strong desire to make a difference and a positive attitude.
