Specialised and Asset Finance Real Estate Investment Director/Manager
As a member of the Lending and Asset Finance team within our Specialised and Asset Finance division, you will play a critical role in originating and making informed financial risk decisions across commercial real estate assets. We provide innovative and traditional capital, finance and related services to clients operating in global markets.

What role will you play?
As an Investment Director, you will be responsible for leading the build-out of the Lending and Asset Finance team’s real estate portfolio across ANZ. You will focus on the origination, assessment, and underwriting of transactions across a broad spectrum of commercial real estate assets. Leveraging your industry connections, you will originate transactions and use your credit underwriting abilities and asset expertise to execute transactions successfully.
What you offer
* 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate financing or advisory, real estate development/construction, or valuations
* A well-established and extensive network throughout the Australian commercial real estate sector, including valuers, developers, and financiers
* Experience in sales and/or business development
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
