Role DescriptionThis is a casual to full time hybrid role (negotiable) for a Residential Property Manager based in Darwin, NT, allowing for a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements.
The Residential Property Manager is responsible for the effective management of a portfolio of residentialproperties across the Greater Darwin Region. This role ensures compliance with NT legislation, delivers high levels of tenant and landlord satisfaction, and protects and enhances the value of managed assets.:Manage a portfolio of residential properties in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act (NT).Advertise and market rental properties and screen tenants in line with Anti-Discrimination lease agreements, conduct entry, routine, and exit condition reports.Manage rent collection, arrears and bond collectionCoordinate maintenance and repairs while ensuring compliance with WHS requirements.Conduct routine inspections and ensure properties meet habitability standards.Prepare notices and tribunal documentation (NTCAT) where required.
QualificationsCurrent NT Real Estate Registration/License (Interim, Restricted Property Management or Full Licence)Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in residential property management preferred.Strong knowledge of NT tenancy legislation and compliance requirements.Experience with property management software (Console is advantageous but not mandatory).Valid NT Driver’s Licence.
