**About the Role**:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Leadership of our Instrumental Music Programme, a high performing team of accomplished Instrumental Music teachers, focusing on building staff capability and co-curricular learning opportunities.
- Leadership of the Programs of Excellence in Music, Dance and Drama through the shared strategic development of a student
- focussed vision, facilitated by specialist teachers.
- Development and enrichment of productive relationships with industry professionals, external stakeholders and primary schools.
- Initiation of innovative opportunities for students to learn and perform through the Programs of Excellence and co-curricular offerings.
The Head of Department, The Arts - Performance, leads the school's Programs of Excellence in Instrumental Music, Music, Dance and Drama. This role works closely with the Head of Department of The Arts and Head of Department, Programs of Excellence.
