The primary objective of this role is to provide collaborative, appropriate, and proficient clinical care for complex client presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supports less experienced nursing and midwifery staff in the specialty area.
* Works with clients with complex needs, including those requiring coordinated direct and indirect care.
This position requires a postgraduate qualification, which may be attained during a fixed-term appointment if the most suitable applicant does not hold it.
Requirements:
* Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (may be obtained during a fixed-term appointment).
* Experience Level: Nurse Level 4.
* Nursing or midwifery registration with a relevant authority.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
