About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team. The role will involve:
* Providing 1st and limited second level IT support and assistance to clients
* Liaising with clients and other areas on technical support issues, problem resolution and assistance, through to resolution
* Contribute to problem rectification and fault reporting including logging, escalation and coordination with team members and other IT support areas in ServiceNow
* Installing and configuring software and hardware
* Assisting in the development and maintenance of standard operating processes and procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will require:
* Service Desk/IT Support experience working with ServiceNow or other ITSM tool
