Albany Racing Club is seeking a versatile person who would be available to work 2 - 3 days per week in the front administration role and also to be involved in our event management.
Flexible work arrangements are available, and the position will also include occasional weekend race day event duties.
Administration Duties
* Typing reports and correspondence
* Accounts Payable and Receivable using MYOB
* Minute taking at monthly committee meetings
* Membership renewal and register
* Website registrations and sales
* Recording keeping
Event Management Duties
* Social media and website experience
* Advertising and marketing
* Liaising with suppliers and staff
* Managing point of sale devices
* Assisting with setup/pack up of event where necessary.
All other reasonable duties as directed by the General Manager.
