**Job Description**:
Our **Direct Sales Coordinators - Television** are natural organisers who support our team of high functioning Direct Sales Executives. This role is the ideal entry level opportunity into Television media sales.
Your primary focus will be to service the administrative needs of the team, whilst ensuring the delivery of superior operational service in a timely manner.
**Day to day you will**:
- Manage the internal booking system with a high degree of attention to detail & punctuality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across several internal departments
- Initiate and nurture relationships with all clients
- Proactively identify opportunities for revenue growth

**Qualifications**:
You will enjoy working within a close-knit, high performing team. You will quickly become a critical support - aiding our team of sales professionals as they generate proposals, negotiate bookings, deliver effective campaigns and then report on the success.
**What we want to see on your resume**:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Prior experience and a strong level of understanding of a business's internal software systems (for example, Salesforce, Google suite incl Gmail etc.)
