With multiple premium villages across Brisbane, they are currently expanding and seeking passionate Village Managers to lead operations across a number of established and new locations.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead & Inspire: Oversee daily operations and lead your village team, ensuring service excellence and a people-first approach.
* Build Community: Foster a positive, connected environment for residents, staff, and families.
* Drive Performance: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and report to senior management.
* Uphold Compliance: Maintain safety, risk, and legislative standards in line with the QLD Retirement Villages Act.
* Enhance Lifestyle: Coordinate and support engaging resident activities and community initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven leadership experience in retirement living, hospitality, property, or customer-focused sectors.
* A natural relationship builder with strong communication skills.
* Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and reporting.
* Sound knowledge of Queensland Retirement Villages legislation (or a strong willingness to learn).
* A collaborative and proactive approach to team and community management.
