Resource Planning Position
A challenging role has become available for an experienced professional to manage and coordinate resource planning operations on a permanent full-time basis.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collecting relevant data from internal sources and external statistics on factors that influence demand and supply insights, including historical sales trends and market analysis
* Analysing sales stock and other statistical data to identify patterns and opportunities
* Evaluating past performance to inform future forecasting models
* Developing advanced forecasts using complex data modelling techniques to predict demand at multiple levels of aggregation
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to reconcile discrepancies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintaining and operating demand planning software to ensure optimal resource allocation
* Fostering strong working relationships with stakeholders, including customers, account management personnel, operations staff, and parts personnel to overcome issues and enhance customer satisfaction
* Leveraging expertise to lead and promote a culture of innovation and excellence in the demand planning areas of Hastings Deering
