Associate / Senior Associate – Property Lawyer

You will need sound technical and drafting skills, management ability, proficient at interacting with clients and interested in establishing a long-term successful career with us.
Your new role
Working closely with our Directors, this role will see you managing all aspects of property transactions, including residential and commercial property matters, commercial leasing, put and call options and property developments.
As a solicitor with our firm, you can expect to regularly:
* undertake all types of property transactions and advice (including acquisition, development, off-the-plan developments);
* implement property development transactions for a mixture of private companies, investors, owners and landlords;
* assist with all forms of body corporate advice;
* provide advice on all stages of commercial and residential property transactions as well as interesting and complex matters across commercial retail leasing, acquisition and sales, disposals, finance, and joint ventures.
* manage client relationships; and
* mentor and develop junior staff.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you will demonstrate:
* A minimum of 3 years PQE
* Substantial property law experience with a strong focus on property transactions
* Bachelor of Laws or equivalent
* Current legal Queensland practising certificate
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and drafting ability
* Ability to prioritise, meet/manage competing priorities
* Management of a robust workload, including prioritising work and delivering services effectively
* An interest in business development and contributing to the growth of the firm
