Your day will include:
* Processing invoices and maintaining accurate billing records.
* Preparing and updating schedules, calendars, and bookings.
* Coordinate and maintain rosters, schedules, appointments, and bookings using internal systems.
* Answering phones and responding to email enquiries in a professional manner.
* Accurate data entry and maintenance of electronic and hard-copy records.
* Generating basic reports and spreadsheets.
* Providing ad hoc administrative support to managers and the wider team.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in administration, data entry, or office support.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Experience with invoicing or basic finance tasks (desirable but not essential).
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
