We're a Sydney and Melbourne-based painting company with a national footprint, specialising in retail, hospitality, and commercial projects. Right now, we're expanding — and we're looking for trade-qualified painters or those with 10+ years of professional experience to join our growing team.
What We're Looking For:
We're not after just any painters — we want individuals with a passion for high-quality work, a keen eye for detail, and a strong work ethic. If you're ready for a role that offers more than just the basics.
Requirements & Expectations:
* Spray painting experience minimum 1-2 years – including cleaning of spray equipment and the ability to troubleshoot if issues arise.
* Weekend availability – some projects are deadline-driven and require weekend work to meet client expectations. Higher rates apply
* Night shift flexibility – some jobs require us to start around 5pm and finish between midnight and 3am. Higher rates apply for these hours.
* Willingness to work away from home – including interstate or remote regional locations. Travel costs including flights, accommodation, car hire, fuel and other associated costs are paid for. You will also receive food and living away allowance is paid for these jobs.
* Experience preferred with special finishes – including renders, French wash, and brush effects. We can provide training available for those with the right attitude.
* Own tools and reliable work vehicle
* Must be a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and pride in their job and presentation
* Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
