Leadership Opportunity in Early Learning Services
This role supports and empowers teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for children, families, and communities. As a Regional Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading service leaders to deliver high-quality services aligned with the National Quality Standards.
* Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement through mentoring, training, and reflective practice.
* Oversee the induction and development of new Directors, Educational Leaders, and Peer Supports to ensure they are equipped to deliver outstanding results.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A relevant tertiary qualification (bachelor's degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education).
* Proven leadership experience in managing or supporting multiple early learning services.
* Minimum two years' experience leading or supervising teams.
