Physiotherapist – Work from Home + Onsite (Geelong)
Looking for a physiotherapy role that actually fits your life? We’re partnering with a leading private provider of workplace health & rehabilitation services in Victoria, and they’re looking for an engaging physiotherapist to join their team – with the perfect mix of onsite variety and work-from-home flexibility.
What’s in it for you:
* Flexible work arrangements: Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week, Monday-Friday). Telehealth from home 1-3 days per week depending on your availability.
* Location: Geelong-based, with onsite visits across the region. Enjoy getting out of the clinic and making a real impact in workplaces.
* Competitive salary: Up to $130K FTE (depending on experience) + super.
What you’ll be doing:
* Provide onsite physiotherapy and occupational rehabilitation in workplaces.
* Design and support early intervention and wellbeing initiatives.
* Deliver telehealth triage and injury management across the nation.
* Collaborate closely with employees, managers, and organisations to support happy, healthy workplaces.
* Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture locally and interstate.
What we’re looking for:
* Bachelor of Physiotherapy (completed).
* Minimum 18 months’ experience in musculoskeletal or private practice physiotherapy.
* Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance.
* Full Australian working rights, driver’s license, and access to a private vehicle.
Why you’ll love working here:
* Work-life balance: Flexible hours, 4-day or 9-day fortnight options, minimal evenings/weekends, and admin time built into your diary.
* Career growth: Annual PD allowance, specialty pathways (APA titling, MBA), regular career discussions, monthly in-services, and promotion from within.
* Extra perks: Paid study day, additional annual leave options, wellbeing & pet leave, novated leasing, employee discounts, and access to early intervention healthcare services.
* Variety every day: You won’t be stuck in one clinic – you’ll be out making a tangible difference in workplaces while still doing the work you love.
About the role:
This isn’t your typical clinic job. You’ll provide occupational rehabilitation and physiotherapy services directly in workplaces, helping employees prevent and manage injuries. You’ll be out on the floor with workers, collaborating with health and safety teams, and contributing to proactive wellbeing initiatives. You’ll still do what you love – hands-on physiotherapy – but in a sustainable way that supports a long and rewarding career.
