Role Description
This is a full‐time, on‐site role located in the Greater Melbourne Area for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for cultivating relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering effective presentations to showcase Cengage's education solutions. The role will involve developing and executing sales plans, meeting sales targets, conducting regular client visits, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Executive will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the organization's overall sales strategy.
Qualifications
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, including experience meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Account management and business development expertise, with a customer‐focused approach
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‐building skills
* Ability to analyze market trends and utilize data to inform sales strategies
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software
* Independent and proactive work ethic, with effective time management and organizational skills
* Experience in the education sector is highly desirable
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred
