Business Support Officer
Monday to Friday 8.30-17.00
September until March 2026
$38.76 per hour + Super
Caboolture Key Responsibilites: Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, across the full range of activities undertaken by the team.
Provide administrative and customer support to specialist areas
Undertake the end-to-end processing of permits, licenses and registrations.
Effectively monitor and manage internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing telephone calls and ensure responses are provided within required time frames.
Compile documents and reports or update records and information systems (i.e. CRM and Microsoft Office).
About you: Previous experience in a similar role
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
Intermediate experience using MS Office
