We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Dynamics FO team in Sydney, Australia.
* Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
* 7-12 years of experience as a finance consultant with 8+ years of people leadership experience
The ideal candidate will be a domain specialist in at least one area, with expertise in solution assessment and design, leading projects, coaching and development, and commercial leadership.
Key responsibilities include contributing to advisory engagements, driving opportunities with key customers, and identifying opportunities to reuse IP or industry solutions.
Fundamentals of the role include understanding project scope, managing backlog, blockers, ETC, and rate cards, SRP/BRP process, and estimation WBS for the domain area.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to contribute to governance meetings, raise concerns with PMO and Manager, and present at Steer Co or help with delivery issues.
