Quality Improvement Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our aged care facilities.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Supporting the Facility Manager and multidisciplinary team to identify and analyze data on identified indicators and areas of risk.
* Reviewing processes and documentation, conducting audits, and implementing staff education and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
* Providing expert advice and support to Residential Aged Care staff around Aged Care Quality Standards requirements.
