Required Qualifications and Experience
* A Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support is essential.
* Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviors is required.
* Familiarity with the Quality and Safeguards Commission's standards is necessary.
* Certification in CPR and First Aid is mandatory.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to transport customers is required.
