The successful applicant will have a minimum of five years management experience in either environmental services, large scale cleaning management, manufacturing or operations experience within a highly regulated environment.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Command of managing large teams and rostering staff
- Demonstrated commitment to meet site service standards and regulatory requirements
- Highly developed people management and communication skills
- Demonstrated process and continuous improvement management methodology
- Competent financial and cost control expertise
- Strong commitment and understanding of WHS requirements
- Ability to deliver against service standards and contractual KPIs
