Your Role
As our IT Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for day-to-day IT support, providing friendly, hands‐on assistance across the business. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues to supporting users via desk‐side, phone, and digital channels, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
You'll also support core infrastructure, including maintaining Microsoft Windows servers within a VMware environment, managing device builds and re‐imaging, and ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees. All support activities will be logged and managed through our ticketing system, with escalations handled as needed.
You'll:
* Deliver responsive, customer‐focused IT support across multiple channels
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, telephony, and peripheral issues
* Manage and update tickets, escalating where appropriate
* Assist in maintaining Windows server environments (VMware)
* Rebuild and deploy desktops and laptops
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes
What You'll Bring
* Demonstrated experience in a similar IT support role
* Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
* Solid experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11
* Understanding of ITIL concepts (incident, problem, change management)
* Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, highly desirable
* Exposure to Mac OS, Linux, and mobile devices (iOS)
