At our Hervey Bay store, we are seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of the retail leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and fostering customer-centric culture.
About the Role:
* Partner with the Store Manager to achieve targets through effective selling strategies and merchandise management.
* Skillfully work with customers to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs and exceed expectations.
* Cultivate high-performing teams by coaching, guiding, and motivating them towards exceptional customer service standards.
* Demonstrate resilience while handling day-to-day operations including rostering, financial monitoring, administrative tasks, recruitment processes & onboarding procedures for new members.
