The Role:
We are currently seeking passionate and qualified counsellors, social workers and psychologists to work at Rosebud, Victoria.
The position involves:
Providing professional short term, solutions focused counselling services to clients (Jobseekers) with complex barriers towards employment. Counselling will involve appropriately assessing our client's needs and concerns across a variety of different impact areas including: mental health, trauma, addiction, behavioural management, family and relationship issues. Clinicians will also be expected to consider and recommend appropriate therapeutic interventions, follow-up support, liaison and/or referral with other professional services.

The following are core requirements of the role:
* Degree qualified with a minimum of a Bachelor's in Psychology, Counselling or Social Work as well as;
* Full Registration with your peak industry body inclusive of: AHPRA, ACA, PACFA, ASORC or AASW.
* Work Authorisation: Australia (Required).
* Experience in clinical and counselling interventions, with an ability to liaise and support service providers.
* Ability to work competently and independently with a diverse and complex case load.
* Ability to create meaningful connections and trusting relationships with all stakeholders.
* Proven oral and written communication skills including demonstrated experience writing comprehensive reports, correspondence and intervention plans.
* Must be willing to travel to different locations within your region.
* Access to a laptop with internet connectivity.
* Must have your own Professional Indemnity Insurance.
* Must be willing to undertake both a Federal Police Check and Working with Children check.
* It would be advantageous to have an understanding of best practice principles and experience in providing critical incident management interventions.

Job Type: Casual (With the potential to expand to a permanent role)
Schedule: Day shift - 8.30am - 5pm between Monday - Friday, No weekends
