Job Title
Our company is looking for a Customer Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for building successful business relationships with target customers within their territory.
As a Customer Development Manager, you will work closely alongside Branch Managers to solve customer problems through consultation, relationship building, and understanding customer needs. You will be responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of your territory, and will attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, a solutions-focused approach, and a track record in account management or business development.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a KPI-driven environment and have experience using CRM systems. A valid Australian driver's licence is also required.
