Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing Trading Production Engineering team
Oversee system uptime, incident response, and operational excellence
Own the incident lifecycle - from live resolution to long-term prevention
Drive improvements in deployment pipelines, automation, and monitoring
Ensure production readiness for new markets and system changes
Manage colocation environments and optimise system performance
Your Skills
Proven experience leading application support, technical operations, or production teams
Background in real-time, distributed systems (ideally in trading or finance)
Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash)
Confident in managing global support models and cross-regional coordination
Calm, pragmatic communicator who thrives under pressure
Familiarity with low-latency systems or capital markets is highly desirable
