 * Develop and execute paid digital media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
 * Plan, launch, optimize, and report paid social digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Lead the implementation of third-party tools and collaborate with Applied Science to develop in-house bidding and audience-based optimizations.
 * Performance Analysis - Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze key metrics, and steer campaigns to maximize ROI.
 * Create and refine processes to allow for streamlined ways of working and accurate delivery of tasks.
