As a pivotal member of the Bookings and Admissions department, the successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the check-in and admission processes for private elective surgeries and public waitlist bookings. The position requires frequent interaction with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, as well as direct patient contact, ensuring that all administrative activities align with established hospital policies. The hospital offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with rotating eight-hour shifts starting at 6:00 am, 8:00 am, and 10:00 am. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and operational efficiency through accurate data entry and clear communication. A sound understanding of medical terminology or health fund contracts is highly regarded, alongside strong computer literacy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
