We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in .NET technologies, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands‐on experience in designing, developing, and supporting scalable backend services and enterprise‐grade applications.
This role requires strong backend engineering capabilities along with exposure to DevOps, observability, security best practices, and enterprise SDLC processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using .NET Framework and C#
* Build and support RESTful APIs and Microservices‐based architectures
* Develop scalable, high‐performance web services and backend integrations
* Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and technical reviews
* Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization
* Deploy and manage applications on AWS EC2 and AWS ECS
* Support cloud‐native application deployment and infrastructure configurations
* Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable deployments
CI/CD & DevOps
* Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
* Work with tools such as Vault for secrets management and JFrog Artifactory for artifact management
* Support automated build, deployment, and release processes
* Participate in troubleshooting deployment and environment‐related issues
SRE / Monitoring & Observability
* Support application monitoring and observability initiatives using:
* Grafana
* OpenTelemetry (OTEL)
* PagerDuty
* Observe or similar tools
* Monitor application health, logs, and performance metrics
* Assist in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Security & Compliance
* Follow secure coding practices and enterprise security standards
* Apply authentication and authorization concepts in APIs and applications
* Ensure secure API development and secrets management practices
* Support vulnerability remediation and security compliance activities
* Work within enterprise SDLC processes and release management practices
* Participate in change management and production support activities
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams including architecture, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of backend development experience using .NET Framework and C#
* Strong experience in developing REST APIs and Microservices
* Hands‐on experience with AWS EC2 and AWS ECS
* Working knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps tools
* Experience with GitHub Actions, Vault, and JFrog Artifactory
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of observability and monitoring tools
* Understanding of application and cloud security concepts
* Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and secure API practices
* Familiarity with enterprise application development lifecycle (SDLC)
* Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in enterprise‐scale environments
* Exposure to SRE practices and production support
* Understanding of containerization and cloud‐native applications
* Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
* AWS certifications are an added advantage
