We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to successfully manage large profile jobs throughout the Perth region. We have a large and diverse pipeline of works that ensure the future of our business is secure.

- Experienced in hard and soft landscape construction.
- Ability to read, interpret and manage drawings, specifications & plans
- Excellent planning with the ability to effectively trouble shoot whilst managing deadlines.
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, subcontractors and clients
- Attention to detail and work produced on site to a very high standard
- Ability to effectively motivate and lead a team
- A Team player with a positive can do attitude
- Sound WH&S; knowledge
- **Qualifications**_
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in large scale commercial landscaping _(in a Supervisory / Team Leader role)_
- Senior first aid (preferable)
- Construction White Card
- WA Drivers Licence
**Tasks**
- Coordinate the team to effectively deliver a high standard of finish on our projects.
- This role will require strong leadership with a hands on approach
- Effectively manage reporting deadlines including safety and operational targets
- Lead and develop the team including performance reviews, training and development
**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $99,999.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Balcatta, WA 6021: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Construction: 1 year (required)
- in a role which requires a sound understanding of OH&S;/WHS: 1 year (preferred)
- supervisor role within the construction industry: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Australian driver's licence? (required)
- Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card) (required)
