Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to customers via phone, email or in-person
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
* Maintain accurate records within our CRM system
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
* Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales support or customer service, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment
