We’re partnering with a highly regarded, large scale organisation looking for a driven People & Culture Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HR professional looking to broaden their exposure across the full employee lifecycle and play a key role in supporting a busy People & Culture function. This role is based in Port Melbourne (on-site parking available) and is office based - 5 days a week. The Role In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and P&C projects. As the first point of contact for employees and leaders, you’ll be instrumental in delivering a seamless people experience while ensuring systems and processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, including contracts, compliance checks, and induction programs. Maintain HR systems (Workday) with accuracy and integrity, ensuring compliance with policies and visa requirements. Provide first-level HR support and advice on performance, conduct, and employee queries. Administer employee programs including Reward & Recognition, Referrals, and Learning & Development initiatives. Support cyclical activities such as reporting, compliance checks, and people-related projects. Partner with the broader P&C team to drive employee engagement and enhance the employee experience. About You Previous experience in recruitment and/or HR coordination within a fast-paced environment. Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail and time management. Confident communicator who can build strong relationships across all levels. Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using HRIS (Workday experience highly regarded).
