The opportunity As part of our growing Sydney tax team, you’ll deliver high‑quality tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client base across public and private sectors — from large institutional groups to complex private and family‑owned businesses. You’ll also be part of a firm actively investing in technology and AI to support smarter ways of working and enhance client and employee experiences. As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will: Manage a portfolio of the firm’s Corporate Tax clients, including delivery of tax compliance services Assisting with tax consulting engagements and delivery of tailored tax advice to clients Reviewing tax provision calculations for audit clients Co-managing the corporate tax team, including providing direction and training to junior team members, and conducting regular team meetings Acting as a mentor and coach by conducting appraisals, goal setting and review, and ongoing staff development About you You’re someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, professional environment and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes. You’ll bring: 6 years experience in a similar role, ideally within a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm A relevant degree in accounting or finance Proven corporate tax experience with relevant technical knowledge CA or CPA qualified Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach The ability to manage priorities and work effectively as part of a team Why join us We invest in our people because when you grow, so do we.
